Booking
If you
wish to book any or our apartments, or require further details, simply complete
the contact/enquiry/booking form which can be found on the availability chart
for each apartment.
We do not
insist on Saturday to Saturday or weekly bookings - you can arrive on any day of
the week and stay as many nights as you choose. There is a minimum charge
stipulated on each property but other than that we are flexible.
Extended winter bookings are
also available at very competitive rates - please
contact us for details.
Booking Deposit / Security Bond
A refundable deposit of £100 or €150 is required to secure your
booking. This will be held as a security bond on the property and returned
in full within 5 days of your departure, providing there is no loss or damage.
Full Payment
The full rental is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
Payment Methods
You can pay by cash or cheque through any bank using the bank transfer
system.
For
deposit payments we
can also accept UK debit or credit cards, but only through Nochex. For payments up to £100
you do not need to open a Nochex account and no other charges apply, so
this is an easy and secure
way to pay your booking deposit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit or
debit card payments for rental costs.
Additional Charges
Two bedroom apartments are
priced for 4 people. Where 5 or 6 people are sharing
a two bedroom apartment, there is a linen and towel supplement of £10
(€15) per
week for each additional person.
Air conditioning is inclusive in most properties,
but some apartments are fitted with coin meters.
Cots and highchairs are available free of charge
where stated, otherwise hire charge is £1 (€1.50) per day per item.
Group
Bookings
For group bookings, we have a number of apartments adjacent to each
other or situated in the same blocks. We cannot guarantee
availability but we will try to accommodate groups in close
proximity if requested.
