Full Description: Casa Joanna is a two bedroom apartment situated on the first floor at Monte Canada, Torreblanca. There is a lift from the underground car park to the front door. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a seperate house bathroom. In the living room there is UK satellite television and a double sofa bed so this apartment will sleep up to 6 people. Please note that if there are 5 people staying then a linen supplement of €20 per week will apply. For 6 people the supplement is €30 per week. This apartment benefits from air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. Outside there is a good size terrace for al fresco dining, which overlooks the gardens and swimming pool. The Torreblanca area is hilly so although a car is not essential it is recommended. There is a bus stop situated 5 minutes from the complex with a frequent service into Fuengirola. Taxis are also very reasonable. The nearest train station is Torreblanca, about a mile away, and 2 stops (4 minutes) will take you into the town centre of Fuengirola, or into Malaga going east. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and the local shops are about one mile (15 minutes), and here you will find a post office, newsagent, cash point, internet cafe and 2 small, but well stocked supermarkets for your every day needs. There are also numerous bars, cafes and restaurants all the way along the paseo, with something to suit all tastes. The complex has a very large adult pool with a separate children's pool and there is a lifeguard on duty. The pools are open from May - September. There is also a private tennis court and a public tennis court in the grounds.
