Full Description: Villa Aquamarina has four double bedrooms (one used as an office with sofa bed), sleeping up to 8 people, fitted wardrobes, three bathrooms with bathtub and shower (2 en suite).
Spacious lounge with a split-level dining area and a fireplace, sliding doors to terraces and an open-plan completely equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave and toaster.
The living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a heating system.
The villa has a splendid west facing terrace with pergola, ideal for BBQs, another arched and covered veranda, a backyard a smaller side terrace and a large intimate roof terrace with gorgeous views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside.
From all terraces you descend to the garden and to the private pool with a childrens pool, making it child-friendly. The property is child-safe as it is fenced, all the ways to the pool and garden are provided with railings and there are security gates at the entrance to the urbanization.
There is telephone, WIFI Internet Connection, TV, DVD, a CD and radio player, iron and ironing board.
Close by you will find the El Higueron shopping arcade with a large supermarket, banks, restaurants, etc.
Clean towels and linen are provided every week but no cleaning mid stay, although this can be provided at cost if required.
Booking: Minimum stay one week.
Arrival Saturday after 4pm, departure before 10am.
(During Easter weeks a surcharge of 150,-€ per week will be applied.
For period 1st June through to 15th July the weekly rental rate will be €1250 rising to €1450 from 16th July.
